I lost a little weight during Thanksgiving! We walked everyday more than once. Mom and I would get back then dad would come home and want to go then Sweetheart would drop by then - you get the idea. Mom and I ran just a tad, too! :)
Cool! Your mom ran with you? That's testimony to our age difference. My dad will be 80 in January(but he rides his bike 20 miles a day and has zero body fat..he also wears Lance Armstrong yellow tights and yellow helmet and rides a yellow bike). I get my artistic flair from him , I guess! You always look so pretty, Maggie! But I know it always feels good to lighten a little. I'm still battling the food, some days great, some days...well, you know...chocolate and all... Hope you have a great holiday! I appreciate you so much and your leading me into the wonderful world of blogging!
My mom used to be a huge runner, Susie! She got in a tangle with some dogs a couple of years ago and is a little shy now. Mom and Dad are 64 and my Sweetheart is 84. Pete's mother is 82 so I can relate. Keep um up!

New York! New York! It's A Wonderful Town!
At the Gershwin Theatre waiting for the musical "Wicked" to begin.(I'm the one with the blue scarf. Mom and sis on either side. Friend Rachel closest to camera.)
Here's my running "bible"
In the back is a great runner's log. I am meticulously documenting my progress. It seems to encourage me.

This house has been in my life for 30 years, but its true age is 90, this year. Happy Birthday, yellow house with red door!

Good job, did you get snow today?
Thanks, Sage. You always have an encouraging word. Snow? No snow here. My sister, who lives two hours SOUTH of here got snow! Go figure!
